Breakfast Quesadilla

The quesadillas are very good but there are two servings in one package. Practically every time I open a package, the two quesadillas have apparently partially thawed in transport to the store and are welded together. I can't get them apart without breaking the tortillas. Then you can't close the package on the remaining quesadilla.

There are two servings per box. Why are these two servings not packaged separately? I know I won't get an answer but wanted to write it just the same.
