Good flavor, but I would have liked to see more beans in it. It would also be nice if they used brown rice instead of white. But a decent lunch for those busy days.

Creamy and filling. There is a lot of it, too. They are generous with the sauce, and there's a good amount of corn and beans. Yum!!
