Great with Chicken

ryahola
I really like this meal. I get grilled chicken from my cafeteria and put with it.
Cheese is good

Potatoes and cheese are great, but I wish it was more florets. Lots of "trunks" most of the time.
My favorite Smart Ones dish

I absolutely love the broccoli and cheddar potatoes. I like that it's meat-free and when cooked, the cheese is so generous, that I add other vegetables to it (string beans, California mixture, broccoli) that I have cooked separately. Mix them up with the hot food and yummm!! I buy several at a time when they are on sale and use the coupons I get from Smart Ones website. Once in a while I'll try
Ok for What it is....

I'm somewhat confused as to how this is a meal, but it works if you're in the mood for a comfort style side dish, I suppose. The taste is ok, but greatly improved with salt and pepper. I usually keep one in the freezer as a side to a main protein for dinner.
