Cinnamon Apple Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
2/3 cup of fat free, artificially sweetened vanilla yogurt
¼ to ½ teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1/3 cup of bite sized apple pieces
4 tablespoons of low fat granola without raisans, divided
Preparation
1. Mix the yogurt and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
2. Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into a wineglass.
3. Sprinkle half of the apple pieces over the top of the yogurt mixture, followed by 2 tablespoons of granola.
4. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
5. serve immediately.
