fajitas oh yah
I enjoyed the dinner but had to do some adding for myself. more peppers and onions and two teaspoons of fat free sour cream. Top it off with a little ff salsa and I was totally satisfied. I ate the rice, but it was not my favorite part. Not real partial to corn.
These were surprisingly good & easy to make. "Healthy" versions of these kinds of dishes can be really salty, but these had a subtle fajita flavor. I didn't add any flavoring but I can understand why others would. But it's better than over-salted food that you can't do much about.
The rice was gross. Kind of slimy. Wish I could figure out how to subtract the points for that because I didn't eat it. But the meat and veg were pretty good. Not sure I'll get it again, though. Just as easy to keep precooked frozen fajita veg, precooked frozen beef/chicken strips, and a package or two of seasoning in the house and make it in roughly the same amount of time.
I agree with others that it could use more seasoning, however, that said, I think everyone is a bit different, so adding your own is probably the way to go. I really like it.
