The cranberry sauce tasted like corn syrup with a slight "fruit flavour". The turkey was mushy on some peices and dry on others. The veggies were almost complete much and tasted horrid with the cranberry "sauce" on them. It should have been separate. The potatoes had no flavour but the nasty cranberry.

This is by far one of my favorites. It's like thanksgiving when ever you want but a healthy version. Love it.
Gluten Free Cranberry Turkey Medallions

Enjoyed the taste and change of pace by grabbing my lunch and going. I have a gluten issue and I can not eat any wheat, rye, barley or oats, so this was a great change. This is a gluten free meal and it was very good.
I found it a little sweet but that is because I gave up sugar, so everything is starting to taste sweeter to me.

Cranberry sauce is thick and cloying, also needed to be separated from the vegetables as it mixed in and ruined their flavor also.
