It's decent. The chicken and sauce are pretty seasoned. The sodium content gives me a headache, but this frozen dinner tastes pretty alright. I like the sauce.

This was one of my go to meals when I was still on WW's. I love the marinara sauce. The only drawback is there isn't that much pasta.
Taste ok.

The chicken was good, not dried out, but had little flavor. The pasta seemed almost over done, but tasted ok. The tomato sauce was seasoned just right and tasted very good.
