I always add a couple of pickles, mustard, spinach, and sometimes a little bit of fat free greek yogurt. Delicious and easy to follow cooking instructions. Dress it up and eat it slowly. It is small compared to what I was used to eating originally, but it is very satisfying. Helped me get used to smaller portion sizes.

I like these. Granted they are very small, but if you pair with a filling veg on the side it will definitely hold you. I like to pair with streamed broccoli.
delicious--i eat two with just one bread
These cheeseburgers are delicious. For lunch, I eat two but with only one top of bread.
Two would be four hundred calories, so I figure
without three halfs of the buns makes
350 for lunch.
With fruit. Delicious and fulfilling caz enough protein.
Delicious! You will need a salad to make a meal. Very tiny! Definitely good as a snack.
