Traditional Lasagna with Meat Sauce
I am an old Italian and have made my own Lasagna, so I must tell you that the lasagna strips are much too thick. The sauce is delicious, however, no Italian makes the dough strips as thick as yours. I make my own dough strips and roll them much thinner so they become easier to cut with a fork when eating. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion.
My favorite frozen entree
I really do love the lasagne. It's tasty, filling, and the portion is generous. Plenty for lunch time and I enjoy it for lunch about 2 times per week!
I do have one issue with it, though. Any pasta that is not covered by sauce ends up being a bit leathery or chewy or sometimes even hard. Would be great if they could figure out how to cover all of the pasta! That would move it up to a 5!!!
