The onion-y sauce makes the meat soft. It is a burger-style, loaf-meat, but I really like it. Love that mac 'n cheese. My fiance won't eat anything diet, but even he likes the mac 'n cheese and the brown gravy. This is one of my favorites.

this is just not very good. the meat is rubbery and the mac & cheese is tasteless. Lean Cuisine salisbury steak with macaroni & cheese is far better
