Everyone knows that breakfast is “the most important meal of the day,” but not everyone listens. In fact, I used to be one of those people. But a nutritionist finally helped me realize that I needed a good breakfast in the morning to jump start my metabolism for the day. That was more than 15 years ago and since then, I’ve maintained a 55-pound weight loss and I’m eating breakfast every day and enjoying it!

Do you feel like you don’t have time to sit down and enjoy a home-cooked breakfast in the morning? Just because you’re rushed to get out the door in the morning doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a good breakfast. That’s why I keep new Smart Ones® Morning Express™ breakfast items on hand in my freezer.
