Protein is a macronutrient. That means it's needed in large amounts to keep our bodies healthy and strong2.
So make sure to keep track of your daily intake—too much or too little may result in a variety of health issues3.
It's important to eat lean protein when possible to keep your fat intake down. Protein can be found in poultry like boneless,
skinless chicken breast and seafood. You can also trim fat away from cuts of meat and choose other cooking methods instead of frying4.
